We eat sugar because it’s convenient.
And what I mean by that is, it’s in everything that is easy for us to grab when our blood sugar gets out of balance. Bars, packaged smoothies, coconut water( added sugar, what?) sliced deli meats, nuts, dried fruit( again, what?) and the list goes on. The antidote? Be prepared. And my favorite treat for when I want something sweet is for sure a few scoops of coconut butter and berries. And this @capbeautydaily coconut butter is 🔥 I usually just take this bad boy with me with some raspberries or strawberries and boom. Craving gone.
